What the product is
OneCentForMyFriend creates a playful digital friend valuation and lets the same fictional “Cent” travel between people. No real cent is transferred to the named friend or recipient. Names, short messages and uploaded brand logos are user-provided content.
Wall purchases
The free friend page is separate from paid One Cent Wall placement. A friend placement currently costs €1.99. Brand placements are shown at €149 or €299 depending on the selected plan. The final amount and currency are always displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment.
A purchase provides a digital placement, not ownership of part of the website, a financial asset, advertising performance, reach or ranking. “Permanent” means intended for the operating life of the service, subject to moderation, security, legal requirements and service availability.
User content & moderation
Only submit content you are allowed to share. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, personal addresses, secrets, impersonation, illegal content or third-party trademarks/logos without permission. Content may be hidden or removed when required for safety, law, rights protection or service integrity.
Privacy
The service processes anonymous account identifiers, friend/creator names, messages, chosen language, journey and wall activity, checkout/order identifiers and technical security data. Brand submissions also process company names, website links and logo files. Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services; Stripe processes payment data. Payment card details are not stored by this website.
Share links are capability links: anyone who receives a friend or claim link may be able to open the information attached to it. The “public” setting controls discovery, not whether a shared link works. Do not put confidential information in names or messages.
Security & retention
Rate limits, bot protection, row-level access controls, restricted database functions and signed Stripe webhooks are used to reduce abuse. Data is retained while needed to operate journeys, wall placements, payments, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Deletion and access requests require the verified support contact that must be added before launch.
Pre-launch limitation
This page is an implementation aid and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Public sales must remain in pre-launch mode until operator/contact details, tax treatment, refund/withdrawal language, consumer terms and a data-processing review have been completed.
